When an assembled plastic reel is quoted, received or transferred internally, a single product name may not be enough to show whether the photographs, parts and assembly condition belong to one set. Changhui's public 400 combined plastic reel page and image help identify the product, but the visible 400 mm, ABS and combined labels are only starting points. They do not replace a project drawing, parts list or assembly requirement.
Begin the record with one consistent item reference for the complete reel and its visible areas. Then identify the two flanges, barrel, bore, connection locations and other recognisable features separately. If the actual structure differs from the public image, current confirmed material and the physical item control; do not infer hidden part counts, disassembly steps or interchangeability from the photograph.
Keep both overall and detail photographs. The overall view shows the relative position of the parts, while close-ups show a connection, mark or observed issue. Each image should carry the viewing direction, item reference and assembly condition at the time of photography. This reduces the risk of attaching a similar-looking part from another batch or revision to the current record.
Before and after disassembly, assembly or handover, check the part count, orientation and condition separately. If a feature appears only on one side or has a required direction, state it explicitly instead of relying on memory. Without support from the current instructions, do not use force, impact or temporary machining to decide whether parts fit.
When a revision changes, retain the source and date of older photographs and lists and define their limited reference value. A new revision does not automatically inherit dimensions, material or connection details that were never written down for it. Similar appearance also does not establish that parts may be mixed. Bind the current drawing, physical identification and parts list to one controlled basis.
Changhui Spool Manufacturer's public 400 combined plastic reel page is an identification resource. Buyers still need to confirm complete requirements against the actual equipment, assembly method and project documents. This article gives no universal assembly procedure and the public image is not an approved sample for a customer project.
